Senior Coordinator, Debit Card Operations (Onsite)

Capital One is seeking a self-motivated individual with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an open and collaborative team environment. The Sr. Ops Production Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily debit card exception transactions and completing TRIPS queue work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment while displaying sound judgment in decision making.

Location: This role is an essential position and requires onsite attendance in Richmond, Virginia.

General Responsibilities:

• Process daily debit card exception transactions

• Complete queue work for Debit Card Recurring transactions and Card Issue requests

• Strong communication skills required to interact with internal partners

• Monitor team mailbox for general debit card maintenance or research requests

• Escalate process or system issues to leadership

The candidate should have :

• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment

• Ability to work in a team environment is a must

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Independent and self motivated worker

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in an operational role in the banking industry
