We are hiring an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Engineering Leader who will serve as an expert in one or more engineering disciplines, leader of the engineers in their discipline, and maintains focus on efficient execution of the reliability and maintenance work processes across the site.
Responsibilities:
Manages a team of maintenance and reliability engineers.
Leads and champions capability development of the discipline engineers.
Support engineer development, coaching and mentoring.
Champions the reliability improvement processes including asset management strategy.
Drive predictive and preventative maintenance optimization.
Drive RCFA / Defect elimination culture in Maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory mechanical integrity and quality assurance requirements.
Ensure CMMS master data accuracy.
Support site wide reliability improvement efforts.
Champion Maintenance and Reliability Engineering best practices.
Develop and establish KPIs to support established work management processes.
Support maintenance technicians and support organizations in each business unit.
Provide visibility to site operations management.
Assists in overall budget planning for Maintenance and takes responsibility for developing, implementing and explaining variances of the Maintenance budget plan.
Provide feedback & performance improvement reviews with direct reports, in consultation with the Maintenance and Operations key stakeholders.
Personnel selection, career development and staffing strategies.
Performance evaluations.
Prioritizing and assigning improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to anticipate, plan, develop implement, audit, and improve sustainable systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in leading teams/teamwork.
Ability to network, collaborate and engage cross-functionally with multiple organizations (i.e., Operations, Technology, Maintenance, and Capital Projects organizations).
Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
Good understanding of regulatory/compliance issues as it relates to maintenance activities.
Good working knowledge of SAP.
Good leadership and facilitation skills.
