Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia, United States. This role is crucial to the efficient functioning of the finance department, focusing on account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry in a contract capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of invoices
• Carry out thorough account reconciliations to guarantee financial accuracy
• Oversee the regular execution of check runs to maintain financial fluidity
• Apply coding on invoices for precise tracking and record-keeping
• Undertake data entry tasks to keep records current and accurate
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all financial obligations are met promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Solid understanding and experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to perform Check Runs effectively
• Experience with Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Proficiency in Invoice Processing
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
