The Role: As the Director of Revenue Cycle Services and Regional Business Partner (RBP), you'll be at the helm of elevating revenue cycle operations within a dynamic, highly matrixed organization. Based in [Location], you'll collaborate closely with PSJH leadership and the Revenue Cycle Regional Executive Partner, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven analytics to enhance revenue yield and achieve financial objectives in a designated region. What You'll Do: Transformative Leader: Lead the charge in reshaping revenue cycle operations, implementing best practices, and ensuring service excellence and quality commitments. Collaborative Force: Forge robust internal partnerships and build collaborative relationships with regional leadership and enterprise shared services, including finance, IT, legal, and compliance. Strategic Innovator: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and regulatory requirements, using your expertise in payer contracts to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. What You'll Bring: Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent. A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred, with 8 years of overall experience and at least 6 years in healthcare administration/operations leadership. Leadership Acumen: Proven track record in leadership roles, demonstrating initiative, motivation, and a commitment to upholding the mission of the Sisters of Providence. Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of influencing and resolving issues effectively. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and identify solutions to business challenges, with detailed knowledge of revenue cycle concepts. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
