Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Tools Engineer with expert knowledge of SolarWinds and Network Capacity Management to join our network operations team. This individual will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network management tools, focusing on SolarWinds and capacity planning. The Senior Network Tools Engineer will work closely with the network and IT teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our network infrastructure. You will work hybrid from one of our locations. You will report to the Senior Manager of Network Operations. Your Responsibilities: SolarWinds Expertise Administer, configure, and optimize SolarWinds suite of network management tools, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), and other SolarWinds modules. Implement advanced monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities within SolarWinds for proactive network management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SolarWinds performance, configuration, and integration. Lead network capacity planning efforts, ensuring that network resources meet current and future demands. Develop and execute strategies for effective network resource utilization, monitoring, and scaling. Analyze network traffic and performance data to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
