Job description

The Real-World Data senior product marketing manager plays a critical role in the commercialization of our best-in-class real world data solutions portfolio.This is a highly visible role and this individual will collaborate cross-functionally across the Norstella business units and Real-World Data Center of Excellence team to evangelize, drive the go-to-market strategy and support the delivery efforts for the most comprehensive real world data assets in the industry.

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Norstella’s suite of data assets and outcomes-based delivery methodology for pharmaceutical and life science buyers.

  • Partner closely with RWD engagement and implementation managers to develop collateral and processes that facilitate successful onboarding and increase time to value for new clients.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new offering launches.

  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to build and execute compelling, high-impact internal and external marketing plans across all mediums.

  • Conduct thorough market research via customer interviews, desk research and product analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and thewho,what,whenandwhybehind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.

  • Work closely with the RWD Product Director to support creation of use cases and persona development to guide the development of market leading products and offerings

  • Develop sales tools, implementation and marketing materials, including presentations, product demos, and training materials.

  • Ensure pricing and packaging align with market value and revenue targets in conjunction with leadership team

  • Define and validate ROI (pre-sale models and post-sale analysis) and document client success stories

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or High Science degree

  • 5-10 years of experience in either product marketing, product management or delivery manager role supporting real world data offerings (Lab, Claims, Prescription, EMR, Hub, Specialty pharmacy data).

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in software servicing the pharmaceutical industry

  • Excels in fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environments with an ability to succeed in a cross-functional organization

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize complex concepts into simple, powerful and engaging positioning and messaging

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting with senior-level clients and partners

  • Strong writing and PowerPoint skills are required

  • Results-oriented with a can-do spirit that loves to exceed expectations, meet deadlines, and overcome obstacles

  • Pragmatic Institute or Product Marketing Alliance Certified preferred

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (listed below), successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
