Fortive Corporation SSO Apps & Master Data Specialist in Remote, Netherlands

Als lid van het “Service Solutions Organization Apps-team” en het “Customer Support Services-team” ontwikkel je toekomstige tools voor de Service Solutions Organization, je biedt ondersteuning op bestaande tools en beheert de master-data gegevens.

Je werkdag begint tussen 7:30 en 9:00 uur, afhankelijk van je behoeften en locatie (hybride: 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen thuis).

Je vervult de behoeften van onze klanten, zowel intern als extern, en zorgt ervoor dat we nieuwe tools kunnen leveren en gegevens proactief kunnen onderhouden en corrigeren om onze klanten tevreden te houden.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Proactief zijn in het leren en verbeteren van processen

  • Ondersteuning van de verschillende ERP-systemen

  • Implementatie van nieuwe functionaliteit in bestaande tools

  • Ontwikkeling van nieuwe tools en apps

  • Onderhoud van de masterdata voor servicemodellen

  • Onderhoud van de service prijslijsten voor EMEA.

Je team:

Het “ EMEA Service Solution Organizations Apps team” en “Customer support service team” is een divers team van 6 experts.

Het team werkt vanuit de Eindhoven locatie en support het volledige Europese SSO-team.

Er wordt uitleg gegeven over de diverse processen en tools echter wordt er wel enige zelfstandigheid vereist.

Ervaring:

  • Bachelor diploma of vergelijkbare werkervaring

  • Geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden

  • Vloeiend Engels (basis Nederlands is een pre)

  • Basiskennis van metrologie en test- en meetproducten is een pre.

Persoonlijke vaardigheden:

  • Vloeiend spreken en schrijven in het Engels (Nederlands is een pre)

  • Computervaardigheden (vooral MS Excel)

Power BI, SQL, Oracle is een pre

  • Nauwkeurigheid in het genereren en verwerken van gegevens

  • Sterke teamspeler

Day in the life of SSO Apps and Master Data Specialist

As a member of the Service Solutions Organization Apps team and Customer Support Services team, you are developing the future tools of the Service Solutions Organization, takes care of support on the existing tools and takes care of data management.

Your working day will start between 7:30 and 9:00 am, according to your needs and location is Hybrid (3 days from office and 2 days from home).

You will work to fulfill the needs of our customers, internal and external. Thanks to your accurate work, we will be able to deliver new tools and pro-active maintain and correct data to ensure our customers are happy.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active and affinity to learn and improve

• Support ERP Systems

• Implement new functionality in existing tools

• Develop new tools and apps strategy

• Setup and maintain all data elements on service models and parts

• Manage service price lists for EMEA

Your Team

The EMEA Service Solutions Organization Apps team and Customer Support Services team is a diverse team of 6 experts.

The team is working from the Eindhoven office location and supporting the European SSO teams (Fluke and Tektronix) and internal customers.

Processes and tools will be explained and extended knowledge is based on self-reliance.

Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or similar level work experience.

· Advanced Excel experience

· Fluent in English mandatory and basic Dutch is a plus

Basic technical knowledge of metrology and test & measurement products is a plus.

Personal Skills

• Fluently speaking and writing in English. Dutch language is a plus.

• Good digital literacy, in particular MS Excel, Power BI and SQL.

• Accurate in generating and processing data.

• Team player.
