'- Consults with and educates members, families/caregivers, and other relevant care team members on nutritional needs and pertinent care plans.

• Ensures compliance with applicable NYS regulations.

• Documents member and provider interactions in compliance with our internal policies.

• Collaborates with the care management team as needed to safeguard the appropriateness and effectiveness of services recommended/utilized.

• Additional duties as assigned.
