Saint-Gobain Filtralite Sales Manager in Remote, California
Why do we need you?
Filtralite-, water filtering media solutions by Leca- is expanding and as such we have the need to add another highly driven proactive Sales Manager to join our international sales team for the water treatment market.
With project references in more than 40 countries, and with headquarters in Scandinavia, we are expecting to develop in the US market to increase our sales offering innovative and efficient filtering solutions for water treatment plants, including drinking water applications.
Responsibilities
Is this job for you?
Achieving direct sales and managing tender processes
Analyzing and developing the water management market in the US
Focus on: drinking water, waste water and eventually desalination water processing
Building solid customer relationships
Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers- needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities
Assisting in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
What do you bring?
A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma/GED is required.
Passion for sales and business development, with 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably 10-15 years.
Autonomous, extrovert, and able to establish contacts and open doors at all levels
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to travel heavily within the US
Strong network in the water and energy market (both with local Water and Electricity Authorities, consultants, construction & operating companies)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with multicultural work environments preferred.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $89,500 to $138,50 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an Annual Sales Incentive Bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 30% of base salary and is based on Key Performance Indicators as determined by the Company. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
