We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager who will lead the development of Oracle Grow and take employee development to the next level with Gen AI-powered coaching solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of creating highly personalized, AI-driven development opportunities that enhance employee growth, skills, and career progression—helping organizations unlock the full potential of their workforce.

This role will have you:

  • Leading the vision and execution of AI-driven coaching features that personalize employee learning and development paths, focusing on performance, career transitions, and skill-building.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new product capabilities that leverage Gen AI and LLM technologies to create transformative learning experiences.

  • Defining detailed functional and technical requirements for new features and product enhancements.

  • Building and managing multi-release roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and user needs.

  • Partnering with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly, intuitive experiences that drive high engagement and measurable impact.

  • Driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and managing Jira Epics & Stories to ensure smooth execution.

  • Collaborating with engineering and data science teams to develop, test, and iterate on Gen AI models that drive personalized coaching and learning recommendations.

  • Working closely with customer success, training, and support teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to drive adoption and provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • Analyzing product performance and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve the product.

  • Using data analytics to make informed decisions, measure the effectiveness of AI-powered features, and drive future product improvements.

Must Have:

  • Minimum of 6-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful, revenue-generating SaaS solutions in the HR/Talent Development space.

  • Extensive experience in product management, particularly in learning and development, talent management, and workforce development technologies.

  • Strong understanding of Gen AI, LLM, and their applications in personalized coaching, employee learning, and skill development.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, with hands-on involvement in execution and strategy.

  • Proven experience creating and executing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features and clearly communicate these to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with a proficiency in using data to drive product decisions, measure performance, and validate outcomes of AI-driven solutions.

  • Able to empathize with customer needs and a history of working directly with enterprise customers to gather insights and translate them into product enhancements.

  • A passion for innovation, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies to solve real-world business challenges.

  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment and fostering collaboration in diverse environments.

Should Have:

  • Technical background, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with engineering teams on AI/ML models, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Experience designing personalized, AI-powered solutions, particularly in the context of employee learning and development.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to manage complex, iterative product development processes.

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape, particularly with products that scale across large organizations.

  • Experience in performance management, career progression frameworks, or skill development models within HR or talent development technologies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the talent development and learning marketplace to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.

  • Lead the creation and execution of both short- and long-term roadmaps for Oracle Grow, aligning product offerings with customer needs and business goals.

  • Define clear functional and technical requirements for new AI-powered features, with a focus on personalized coaching and skill development.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-centric experiences that enhance engagement with AI-driven learning and development tools.

  • Work closely with customers and users to validate designs and iterate on product features, ensuring the final solution meets user expectations and business needs.

  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to iterate on and refine AI/LLM models that drive personalized development recommendations and coaching solutions.

  • Ensure the development teams understand functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and product objectives for seamless execution and high-quality releases.

  • Drive collaboration with information development teams to produce clear, user-friendly product documentation and training materials.

  • Train internal teams—such as support, sales, and customer success—on new product features and capabilities, ensuring smooth customer adoption.

  • Actively engage with customers through forums and feedback loops, continuously gathering insights to inform product decisions and improvements.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
