BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Planner 3 Job for an opportunity at Offsite - Remote (prefers onsite or candidates in Redmond/Washington area but not required)! Position Title: Supply Chain Planner 3 Location: Offsite - Remote (prefers onsite or candidates in Redmond/Washington area but not required) Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: Contract of 06 Months and possibility of extension Job Type: Contract and Remote Pay Range: $36 - $38/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: N/A; bachelor's degree is not required but preferred. * 5+ years of experience with Power BI and Excel Experience * 5-7 Years of Experience working in a supply chain operations style environment * Ability to Learn Fast (Soft Skill). But really tying into the experience and being able to translate that work. Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments of an establishment according to the production schedule. We are looking for a Planner with a strong background in supply chain operations and reporting. Job Description: Summary: The main function of a Supply Chain Planner is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. We are looking for a Planner with a strong background in supply chain operations and reporting. Primary responsibilities will include: Job Responsibilities: * Operationalize weekly & monthly cadence to track capacity allocation, report, week-over-week and summarize key drivers. * Build and maintain dashboards that will track data center capacity allocation and provide data for leadership updates. * Create effective documentation of processes, process improvement opportunities and stakeholder feedback. * Proactively share status updates, next steps and help needed to ensure smooth running of the projects. Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Strong experience in Excel power queries, pivot tables, Power point presentations, PowerBI dashboard creation and data visualization * Effective project management and process improvement skills * Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Education/Experience: * High school diploma or GED required. * 3-5 years related experience required.
