Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute product strategies for Online Experimentation and Data Platform. Be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areas.
Product Planning Operations: Run and streamline the Product Planning process for the team.
Alignment and Execution: Help drive and execute a complex product roadmap across multiple Microsoft teams. Help ensure the team delivers on our very ambitious plans.
Product Prioritization: Fiercely prioritize, help unblock teams and solve problems, remove bottlenecks, resolve dependencies.
Product Reviews: Lead Team All Hands and Product Reviews. Condense and share insights to influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of product development experience with the ability to define and drive business strategy and roadmap
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading/building/managing online A/B experimentation products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and deadlines.
Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
Experience with data analytics and experimentation tools.
Knowledge of SQL and coding skills.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
