Responsibilities
Own Critical Program Reporting platform for Microsoft's Service 360 Platform:
Manage backlog, pod standup, identify roadmap and define priorities, drive feature design/spec for the reporting capability
Customer communication and documentation
Partner with Power BI Vendor, Data Engineers to get work done.
Own S360 Governance Initiative across Microsoft:
Manage and facilitate S360 governance across the company/divisions to hold a consistent and high quality bar.
Define and extend existing governance processes to cover an expanding and increasingly complex ecosystem
Own S360 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Quality:
Build a closed loop process for KPI quality (support metrics, KPI improvements required, Net User Satisfaction (NSAT) and verbatims responsiveness, KPI improvement plans - holding accountability)

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Cloud Background Check
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years experience in running large scale initiatives across complex organizations
4+ years experience with creating and facilitating reporting for executive leadership
2+ years experience with PowerBI reporting
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
