Description

Robert Half is in search of a Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in the Red Bank, New Jersey area. In the construction and contractor industry, this role involves providing administrative support to our real estate development team, interacting with attorneys on new leases, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of real estate development.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with the interaction between our team and attorneys on new lease agreements.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of real estate development processes.

• Provide administrative support to our real estate development team, ensuring smooth operational flow.

• Monitor and report on the progress of real estate development projects.

• Manage and maintain accurate records related to our real estate portfolio.

• Assist in the coordination of operational hours, including special schedules during summer months.

• Liaise with the CEO and potentially the Director of Development to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely.

• Utilize administrative skills to support the team and contribute to the development of projects.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in real estate development.

• Contribute to the maintenance and management of our real estate portfolio.

Requirements • Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized files.

• Experience in the Real Estate industry, including understanding real estate terms, contracts, and processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems used in real estate, such as Zillow Premier Agent or Propertybase.

• Detail-oriented nature to handle paperwork and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Familiarity with property laws and real estate industry regulations.

• High level of professionalism and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
