Full Time and Part Time Residential Direct Support Professionals are responsible for assisting individuals with acquiring skills of daily living, independent living and social interaction in their residence and their community to become an integrated member of the community. Daily job requirements will involve, but not be limited to, preparing healthy meals, administering medication, assisting with bathing and hygiene, monitoring expenses, assisting with social and recreational activities, and maintaining a clean and safe home.

Requirements: Candidates must successfully complete a three-day Medication Administration Course and exam prior to obtaining a position. Computer knowledge is required; experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. ALL candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid PA driver's license, insurance and vehicle, and clean driving record, high school diploma or GED. Pre-screenings include a Drug Test, Physical and Mantoux TB test and PA Criminal Clearance.
