Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Shift: 1st// Morning shift

Pay: $22-$25 (depending on experience)

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will perform product inspection and/or audits of quality control programs under limited supervision. Your role includes sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials, conducting inspections on packaging lines and manufacturing processes, and inspecting and testing products manufactured or processed by suppliers to ensure they meet specifications and requirements. You will identify materials and processes as conforming or nonconforming, write reports of findings for review, and enter required data into the system. Your tasks may include complex and/or non-routine assignments, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Skills Needed

• Ability to analyze and interpret drawings, data, manuals, and other materials

• Proficiency in inspecting, testing, or measuring materials, products, installations, or work

• Experience with measuring instruments such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers

• Capability to write detailed test or inspection reports

• Familiarity with computer data entry

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Effective communication abilities

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proactivity in addressing and correcting production problems

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Environment

The work environment features a flexible start time between 7 to 8 am, within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
