Verity Field Marketing Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Your Role

  • Drive Brand Awareness & Lead Generation – Play a critical role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering strong customer relationships across North America.

  • Develop & Execute Localized Campaigns – Plan and implement high-impact field marketing initiatives in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams while managing budgets effectively.

  • Event Planning & Execution – Organize and execute a variety of in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, user groups, client site showcases, and webinars. Oversee logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management while tracking event performance.

  • Community Engagement – Identify and engage with key industry communities, local partners, and influencers. Build relationships with associations and organize community-driven events to enhance brand loyalty.

  • Digital & Localized Marketing Support – Amplify digital marketing efforts through localized initiatives, including social media promotion, local SEO, and online engagement to drive awareness and event participation.

  • Lead Generation & Data-Driven Optimization – Capture and qualify leads from field marketing efforts, ensure seamless collaboration with the sales team, and track, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Your Experience

  • Proven experience: 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Data-driven approach: Experience with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance.

  • Strong understanding of the North American market: Familiarity with the cultural nuances and business practices within the North American region.

  • Bonus: Experience in robotics, SaaS and/or AI industries, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
