Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work Youll Do
Manage software advisory and information technology project implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
50% Travel required nationally

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Requirements
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
Utilizing JIRA, JIRA Align, Azure Boards, Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Office, MS Power-point, MS Teams, and AWS or Azure Cloud to drive software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Insurance industry;
Guiding all phases of Agile, Scaled-Agile (SAFe), Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, DevOps, Hybrid project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and Implementing ServiceNow and BMC Remedy for enterprise-level clients;
Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing JIRA, MS Office, Azure DevOps, Java or J2EE, SQL or PLSQL, and Unit Testing Frameworks;
Participating in teams focused on Identity and Access Management, DevOps Modernization, Reporting Platform modernization and transformation, Digital Transformation in Life and Annuity Insurance engagements;
Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs, utilizing JIRA, Azure Boards, MS Project, MS Office, MS Power-point, MS Teams, and MS Visio;
Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders utilizing JIRA, Azure Boards, MS Project, MS Office, MS Power-point, MS Sharepoint, and ServiceNow;
Driving the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing JIRA, Azure Boards, MS Project, MS Office, MS Power- point, MS Sharepoint, and ServiceNow; and
Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio, MS Sharepoint, and ServiceNow.
