You\'ll be responsible for getting products in and out of our facility, checking inventory, preparing shipments, and making sure everything\'s accurate and on time. Badger Meter is looking to hire a first shift (8am-4:30pm) Shipper/Receiver at our clean and air-conditioned Racine facility. Never done shipping before? Worked in retail or fast-food? We are willing to train because the most important aspect is a great attitude, and willingness to learn and work with others. The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for ensuring customer orders are packaged and shipped accurately and on-time, by exercising initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks. This position will ensure that incoming orders are received into stock, part numbers and quantities are confirmed to appropriate paperwork and routed to the correct department based on priority level. Inventory will be transported and transacted between locations as needed to support flow of product between functional areas.
