A Job Developer focuses on networking and outreach to employers to develop employment opportunities for clients. This role engages with clients to develop career goals and assess the best job matches to support them in achieving meaningful, successful employment.

As a Job Developer, a typical day might include the following:

• Actively engaging with businesses to develop employment opportunities for clients

• Working with clients to develop career goals and objectives, assisting clients in finding and maintaining meaningful employment

• Conducting employer visits to build relationships and assess the best employment matches for clients

• Comfortable using technology for documentation and organization
