Responsibilities

• Follow up the claim declaration from clients;

• Assist clients to collect necessary documents for claim settlement;

• Negotiate with insurance/reinsurance companies to support clients for claims and get the claims paid properly and on time;

• Keep the client updated about progress of claim settlement;

• Coordinate with Client Managers to settle delicate and complex claims;

• Assist sales teams to provide professional service to clients in term of identification and management of risks;

• Get support from Associate Director to set up guidelines and internal procedures for claims;

• Record all claims into system and make monthly reports on claim settlement process, underwriting issues in conjunction with Associate Director;

• Report periodically on claim activities and provider’s services;

• Other tasks assigned by the Company;

The Requirements

• University degree

• Computer Literate, Word, Excel, Power Point.

• Engineering qualification is an advantage

• Experienced in claim settlement or underwriting with Insurers or Insurance Brokers

• Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese

• Good problem-solving skill

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented

• Be able to work under high pressure
