Cummins Inc. Marketing Communications Senior Specialist in Pune, India

DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Communications Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing communications strategies to enhance Cummins' brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive communications planning and execution for Engine and Components Business Units in Cummins India region.

  • Provide brand management and marketing communications support for all customer engagements, new product launches, and external events.

  • Partner with BU Leaders on leadership and internal communication initiatives, including town halls, DE&I initiatives, key observance days, and plant milestones.

  • Manage the BU’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and communication strategies.

  • Create and oversee integrated marketing plans, ensuring adherence throughout the year.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans and assets, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

  • Monitor and track marketing communications projects and events, presenting findings to stakeholders.

  • Create and coordinate engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including web, social media, email marketing, and marketing collateral.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to create memorable experiences and deepen connections to the Cummins brand.

  • Analyze and optimize campaigns and marketing initiatives based on key performance metrics.

  • Manage and support marketing budgets and financials.

  • Utilize digital marketing tools and strategies to enhance brand outreach and engagement.

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics to track and improve performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital marketing experience preferred.

  • Client/account management experience preferred.

  • B2B marketing experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
