Your Opportunity

We have a Data Management Coordinator opportunity available within our Human Resources Data Management team whose primary focus is supporting the maintenance of our HR/candidate data records and files across various countries, including India, UK, North America. Reporting to the Supervisor, Data Management, the successful candidate will be required to manage their own workload and be proactive in updating HR/candidate records in various HR and Financial systems while ensuring the integrity of our Human Resources data and will partner close with other HR partners for regions and specific tasks the incumbent is assigned to. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a passion for HR systems and understanding the workflow in the HR function. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employees’ HR/Candidate master data to ensure accurate data is entered and verified in various employee information or finance systems (e.g. Oracle, E1, SCSM applications, SharePoint applications, ATS)

  • Obtain/review sources of data to organize/process various tasks within the systems

  • Follow data quality framework and ensure accuracy of data in employee information and financial system are in line with internal compliance protocols

  • Process routine and complex employee transactional changes, employee profile changes, or other data updates within the systems ensuring appropriate turnaround time as per defined team Service Level Agreements

  • Update various workload trackers to help assess and manage various projects or tasks

  • Coordinate various documents for filing or uploading to other systems

  • Assist with analysing gaps between requirements / data entry processes and standards as well as system issues, determining and implementing corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

  • Provide peer support for troubleshooting issues relating to critical Oracle/ Data related inquiries.

  • Proactively review/ maintain and update the Data entry processes/ user guides / internal training plans and tools to reflect the regular process/ workflow change

  • Support data related projects, including system testing, data clean-up, as assigned

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is required for this role.

  • Proven organizational and time management skills with exceptional follow through. You demonstrate flexibility and dependability.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large team across many different countries and time zones

  • Strong professional customer service orientation

  • Ability to manage a heavy workload with outstanding attention to detail

  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment

  • Understanding of Data management best practices and principles

  • Accurate typing and data entry skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in commerce, Arts, HR or equivalent experience with HR course work is preferred.

  • Proven 2-5 years of data entry/management or HR working experience.

  • Knowledge of software applications necessary to process documents, employee data information and analytics tools (Word, Excel, Oracle / HRIS system (Oracle is preferred), Mail Systems, and Internet). Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel experience is an asset for this role.

  • Experience of working in a global organization having peers/colleagues spread across the globe and being part of a larger “Human Resources” department will be very valuable.

  • Basic/working knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition practices, employee information systems, regulations, programs, and philosophies
