Nexeo Staffing Customer Service Associates in PROVO, Utah
Nexeo HR is looking for Customer Service Associates for long-term positions. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Customer service or Account Management experience,excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products,and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule calls with customer operations to review Open Orders,Inventory,Scheduling updates & completed production figures.
Prepare and send weekly Open Order Report (OOR) to customers.
Prepare and send regular Open Inventory Reports
Clear and persistent internal communication with all functional teams.
Send COA s and any other shipment documents to the customer.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook,Word,Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems.
2-4+ years experience in Customer Service or Account Management roles.
Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web-based software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a team.
Pay
$26.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00am 5:00pm
