About the role

Manages HR team of HR professionals with target to ensure great customer experience during whole employee live cycle. Sets day-to-day goals and objectives to ensure delivery of HR Services. Resolution of advance HR topic with focus on lesson learn, training of the team and adjustment of existing processes.

You will be responsible for coordination HR life cycle activities in the assigned Europe region. You will be responsible for management of around 12-15 HR advisors.

Requirements

  • Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution, supported by proven people management skills

  • Process and delivery mindset with strong analytical skills

  • University Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent experience and specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices

  • Languages: English must have + Polish, Spanish or French as a big advantage

  • MS Office must have , Workday, ServiceNow (as advantage)

  • Process Improvement Experience

  • Proven ability to work with case management tool

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to supervise, coach, lead, train and develop HR team members who provide employee and leader guidance related to simple and complex HR issues across the business.

  • Consistently and proactively demonstrate and be a role model providing excellent customer service. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing expertise to the HR team and business units - policy interpretation, data validation, auditing, problem resolution and continued process improvement.

  • Encourage team to educate employees on HR services available and continued use of self-service tools. Create and present training presentations. Provide favorable company representation with integrity and honesty.

  • Identify and drive process improvements across the function.

  • Ensure all HR processes are describe for HR team members and constant support of building customer facing knowledge database

  • Assist with HR data migration and auditing during acquisitions.

  • Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors.

  • Ensure data integrity through on-going audits.

  • Utilize Case Mgmt System to document and escalate inquiries.

  • Prioritize projects and activities and appropriately delegate and allocate work among team.

  • Serve as an employee and customer advocate.

  • Occasional travel to other sites within the company to support initiatives, build relationships, and drive operational excellence.

  • Perform other reasonable and necessary duties.
