Join our global Business Process & Information (BPI) team, and be part of an exciting journey to implement new tools in the Order-to-Cash field, including SAP S/4HANA.

Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will design new processes and optimize existing ones globally within the Order to Cash Process Taxonomy through project-based work. While partnering with Account Receivable, Customer Service, other Centres of Expertise (Tax, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) you will deliver business projects, implement system improvements, roll-out new compliance requirements, correct existing process/system functionalities.
Other responsibilities include:
Analyzing process and system performance, find opportunities and gaps, and recommend improvements that align with our goals for optimization, standardization, and automation. Key digital tools within our Order-to-Cash ecosystem include SAP, High Radius Cash Application & Claims modules, and the Trade Contribution Settlement Tool
Ensuring process governance through compliance assessment, users’ execution conformance, trainings and documentations
Providing consulting to High Radius Team
Taking part to the ERP transformation, as we move into SAP4Hana
Processing support/maintenance tasks, system’s testing and configuration
This position is located in our shared service center in Jinonice, Prague, and there is no relocation support for this role.

The mission of our Business Processes & Information (BPI) team is to empower the LEGO Group to build a strong foundation for the future by delivering scalable, adaptable, compliant, secure, and cost-efficient processes through end-to-end subject matter expertise. BPI is structured into four key process teams: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.

Do you have what it takes?
Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash Taxonomy, with extended “knowhow” on areas such as Invoicing, Collection, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Customer Master-Data, Credit Risk Management; with good understanding on areas like Customer Service, Order Management, Sales.
Proven experience with the FI & CO modules in SAP
Finance Shared Service Centre experience is a big advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to explain complex concepts in a user-friendly manner
Project Management experience
Experience in Process documentation and performing training
Following experience would be a plus:
Working with High Radius System
SAP 4 Hana or having experience with ERP transformation project
E-invoicing set up experience
DMAIC / Lean Six Sigma knowledge
