MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure high-quality and timely reporting of financial deliverables. This includes Monthly DF (Dynamic Forecasting), netspot, management letter, sales phasing, monthly financial dashboards, quarterly MOGE (Marketing and Other General Expenses) report, and ad hoc PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses) reports

• Lead the preparation of financial inputs for discussions, consolidate reports and inputs from other team members, actively participate in strategy discussions, and steer financial discussions with valuable insights

• Work closely with sales and distribution teams to provide high-quality data and timely frameworks, as well as reliable measurement of key KPIs

• Ensure that quality financial information is used by the business for decision-making, anticipate and understand potential risks and opportunities, and promote the use of external and internal information for benchmarking

• Review monthly performance, identify areas of risk to target achievement, and develop and follow up on action plans

• Be a key player in the Monthly Business Planning Process (MFR & MSR), providing transparency and direction towards target achievement, and facilitate the Dynamic Forecast process

• Analyze and challenge the product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities, eliminate Value Destroyers, and maximize the return on investment

• Support the Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline, including the development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling and follow-up

YOUR PROFILE:

• Financial control in an international company (minimum of 5 years work experience)

• University education (Masters degree in economics)

• Fluent business English

• Costing and accounting skills

• SAP knowledge

• MS office, with focus on excel
