Aerotek Production Helper in PORTLAND, Oregon

Production Helper

Location: NE Portland, OR

Pay: $22.88 - $23.88 per hour

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in an industrial manufacturing environment? We are looking for a motivated Production Helper to join our team and contribute to our success!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle materials and operate machinery.

  • Package and label finished products, preparing them for shipping.

  • Assist with the setup and operation of automated production machinery for weatherizing large paper rolls used in construction.

  • Perform shop cleanup and general shop help.

  • Operate a forklift to move materials.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse preferred, but we welcome anyone with the right attitude and drive.

  • Previous forklift operation experience is required.

  • Comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Environment / Shift:

  • Work in an industrial manufacturing environment with heavy machinery.

  • Wear PPE including safety shoes, hard hats, earplugs, and safety glasses.

  • Must be available to work all three shifts: day, swing, and graveyard.

  • Current schedule rotates between the three shifts every six weeks.

  • Day: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Swing: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Graveyard: 11pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday.

The pay range for this position is $22.88 - $23.88/hr.
