Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to provide temporary support for an great company in East Portland! This role is perfect for a highly organized and personable professional who thrives in a dynamic setting with frequent foot traffic. Spanish fluency is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and assisting visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Answer and direct phone calls, handling general inquiries and providing onsite support.

• Issue and track badges for visitors and employees.

• Assist with meeting and event coordination, including AV setup and troubleshooting.

• Support onsite staff with operational and administrative tasks as needed.

• Manage incoming inquiries.

• Provide translation assistance as needed for Spanish-speaking clients or staff.

  Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.

• Previous customer service or office support experience.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.

• Proficiency in office technology, such as Google Suite and Mac computers.

• Comfortable working in a high-traffic environment with frequent visitors and phone calls.
