Anywhere Real Estate Associate Product Marketing Manager - US Based Remote in Portland, Oregon

Job Summary

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Associate Product Marketing Manager to support our Senior Product Marketing Manager. This role involves conducting research for product/market fit insights, executing the innovative Network Activation initiative, managing the Product Customer Advisory Board, delivering actionable competitive intelligence, and analyzing data to drive key product decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment and demonstrate a passion for data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Product/Market Fit (PMF) Initiatives:

  • Conduct research to determine PMF for new products and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Client Success to streamline survey request and deployment processes.

  • Support the execution of PMF projects and deliver insights to stakeholders.

  • Conduct customer interviews and gather actionable insights to support product pilots.

  • Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from various sources to support product and marketing strategies.

Customer Advisory Board Management:

  • Manage logistical and administrative tasks related to the Customer Advisory Board, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, tracking attendance, and sending email recaps.

  • Coordinate communication efforts, including drafting and sending meeting invites, gathering discussion topics, and monitoring engagement metrics.

  • Collect, organize, and track customer feedback from advisory board discussions, ensuring it is documented and shared with the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Support the full feedback cycle by following up with internal teams to ensure feedback is actioned, tracking progress, and providing updates to advisory board members.

  • Handle the execution and tracking of legal agreements related to advisory board participation.

Competitive Intelligence Analysis:

  • Support the delivery of actionable intelligence projects to inform business decisions.

  • Ensure all intelligence projects undergo legal review and are delivered on time.

  • Provide stakeholders with relevant market insights and competitive analyses.

Network Activation Channel Strategy:

  • Manage the new Network Activation channel strategy, liaising with the team of Product Marketing Managers.

  • Create marketing and communication channel strategies for each brand.

  • Partner with each brand's marketing, communications, and operations/servicing teams to ensure successful deployment.

  • Track and manage the performance of these campaigns, ensuring they go live as planned.

Project Management and Task Coordination:

  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Ensure projects are kept on track and deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline work processes and improve communication.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with colleagues from various departments (User Research, Client Success, Partnership) to improve communication and streamline work processes.

  • Foster relationships with teams outside of the product department to enhance data collection and product launches.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, market research, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience with customer advisory boards or similar engagement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence analysis.

  • Knowledge of product/market fit strategies and methodologies.
