Pay: $19- $21.50 Per Hour

Schedule: M-F 7a-4p

Duties:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on roofing systems, HVAC units, and external equipment, including snow removal, painting, and paving repairs

• Inspecting and maintaining operating equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and operational standards

• Testing and evaluating equipment performance using tools like voltmeters, ohmmeters, and pressure gauges

• Maintaining tools and machinery in good condition and keeping accurate preventive maintenance records

• Responding to security alarm calls and addressing other maintenance-related emergencies

• Supporting various maintenance tasks and completing additional assignments as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, SAP knowledge preferred

• Proficient in using hand tools and performing physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs

• Ability to work in temperatures from -15°F to outdoor heat, cold, and precipitation
