Identifies system reliability gaps and corrects. * Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety, including observing and enforcing safety rules and operating practices, encouraging safe work behaviors, assisting in accident investigations, and promptly correcting conditions and unsafe work behaviors which may lead to accidents. * Serves as the ultimate decision-maker during life-threatening emergency situations involving facilities, people, and property.
