In this category you will have the ability to be certified in any of the listed trades to provide engineering based support to your community. All of this while also earning certifications, licensing's, and on the job training in this field, you will also be granted full -time educational benefits, 401k, free flight school, and healthcare; along with a list of other benefits, all for 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer.
12B Combat Engineer; you'll work quickly and skillfully to help Soldiers navigate rough terrain and physical obstacles while on combat missions by constructing bridges, clearing barriers with explosives, and detecting hazards.
12C Bridge Crewmember; help construct bridges and rafts to help soldiers cross rough terrain, bodies of water, and barriers they might encounter in the field.
12K Plumber; keeping the Army operating smoothly by installing, repairing, and making construction plans for new pipe systems and insulation.
12N Construction Equipment Operator; you'll operate heavy construction equipment like bulldozers, tractors, cranes, excavators, and road graders on some of the largest construction projects for the Army.
12R Interior Electrician; you'll install, maintain, and safely distribute electricity, the driving force behind today's Army. You'll work on interior electrical systems, testing equipment and fixing any short circuits in wires and faulty equipment.
12T Technical Engineering Specialist; you'll oversee construction site planning and development. You'll gain experience conducting technical investigations, surveying land, drafting plans, and making maps as a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
12W Carpentry and Masonry Specialist; you'll have the skills needed to handle a variety of carpentry and masonry duties, building important structures for the Army using hand and power tools, lumber, concrete, stones, and bricks.
91B Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic; You'll inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and test wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment systems, subsystems and components, and automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.
91C Utilities Equipment Repairer; you'll supervise and perform maintenance on vital utilities equipment and support systems, such as air conditioners and refrigeration units. You'll train to read temperature and pressure gauges, make operating adjustments to utility equipment, test for leaks, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and read and use technical manuals and diagnostic instruments.
91D Tactical Power Generation Specialist; You will supervise and perform maintenance and repairs on power-generation equipment, internal combustion engines, and associated equipment in mobile and stationary power plants.
91E Allied Trade Specialist: You'll operate lathes, drilling presses, grinders, welding machines, and other machine shop equipment while also serving as a welder. You will train to select the materials, tools, and equipment to do the job, and learn how to operate fabrication machines.
91H Tracked Vehicle Repairer; you'll perform maintenance on tracked vehicles and supervise activities that include fuel and electrical system repair and maintenance.
