Selects or adapts standard procedures or equipment. Receives initialinstructions, equipment requirements, and technical advice from supervisor or engineer. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1. Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but notlimited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems,U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and otherregulatory requirements. 2. Problem-solving: Attend to questions asked by associates in the cleanroom floor about different processes/ equipment as first pass. Review to understand the underlying issue and fix it and/ or contact appropriate Engineer/ Supervisor for technical help. May need to do small equipment setups, inspection setups per written work instructions. 3. Inspection Must be able to inspect finished product with written test methods such as dimensional and visual Dimensionaland enter the data in electronic data systems. 4. Officiate as Material coordinator as needed Provide materials to associates for a particular DHR Reconcile DHR paper records Issues materials to the electronic system against the DHR 5. Process Development: Make suggestions to Engineers on process, tooling, equipment improvements. Ability to train other operators. May need to perform product testing assisting Engineers. 6. Performs other duties as required. Education & Experience: 1. Associate's degree in technical field with 3-5 years relevant experience OR a highschool graduate with 7-10 years relevant experience. Catheter and Leads manufacturing experience is a plus. 2. Additional skills and experience that are preferred: Product building experience using a microscope all day. Experience building product in cleanroom. Ability to speak and communicate in Hmong. Knowledge & Skills: 1. Special Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills - written and verbal. Need to be able to speak English clearly and communicate technical details with Engineers and Supervisors. Must have the ability to interact with Production Operators and Supervisors. 2. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings/prints. Computer operation skills. Experience with Oracle, MS Word, Excel, and Loftware a plus. Mechanicalaptitude.
