Assist Regional and Site Managers on support and development of packaging programs to meet set objectives for their facilities and justify machine improvement projects. Assist maintenance support group along with focusing on process improvement and equipment support for all lines in region. Specifically: improve quality and reliability through machinery engineering, maintenance, process improvement, and associate/technician training; enforce company work and safety policies and instructions; provide statistical data and analysis as required through continuous line audits to track and improve equipment performance; support building of an onsite SME team and facilitate installation projects; research, price, and implement equipment upgrades; create and oversee machine maintenance program.
