Job Description:

Apex Systemsis looking for a contract QCTechnician to work for the material scienceindustry!

Responsibilities:

• Sample preparation (cut, dry, label) and tensile testing in the lab. The data would be entered into Excel and basic statistics would be performed and compiled for analysis.
• Work may also involve quality testing of textiles by tensile testing, physical testing, and other specific instrumentation.
• Organization of data and data entry into an Access database is also required.
• Attention to detail and good organizational ability is necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry or science related field
• Strong Math Skills/Basic Statistics Skills

• Ability to take direction and be trained
