Description

Our financial client is looking for an IMAC/DMAC Technician to join their team at the Plano/Addison Texas locations. Candidates will be working on differentiated deployments, moves, adds and changes, and site surveys, Hardware based work, this is not desktop or user support but they may perform troubleshooting as it relates to re-imaging, blue screen, HW issues and post move support. They may be working evenings and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open and flexible to overtime. Candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects.

There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player!

Candidates will be working out of both locations as needed: Plano TX 75024 and Addison TX, 75001. There are multiple projects they will be supporting and some are in Plano and some are in Addition. Candidates need to be comfortable commuting to both locations. The roles is 100% on site, 12 to 18 month duration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.97 - $28.00/hr.
