Overview The Solution Architect for PepWise will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that enable intelligent monitoring, enhanced observability, and efficient management of PepsiCos heterogeneous Data and Analytics platform. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Platform Engineers, DataOps teams, and business stakeholders, to ensure the PepWise architecture aligns with enterprise technology strategies and business goals.
Responsibilities - Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and develop end-to-end architectures for observability, data integration, and automation within PepWise. - Technology Leadership: Define best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and visualization, leveraging Databricks, Azure, ADF, Power BI, and Grafana. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, DataOps teams, and Engineering teams to align the architecture with business objectives. - Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of data pipelines, monitoring tools, and analytics dashboards to ensure real-time insights. - Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to PepsiCo security, compliance, and governance frameworks. - Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive innovations in observability and intelligent monitoring.
Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud solutions, or enterprise architecture. - Expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, SQL DB, COSMOS DB), Power BI, Grafana, React, Elastic Search. - Strong experience in data observability, automation, and performance optimization. - Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
