Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an AWS Cloud engineer to join the team of one of our financial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working within AWS and migrating to and from on prem to cloud applications. You will work on a team of splunk engineers that are responsible for observability and monitoring. You will be working to assist with retrieving data from an application within an AWS environment for the team to us on their on prem solutions.

Compensation: $70-$80 per hour

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience with AWS Solution architecture

o Kinesis Firehouse, Lambda, Cloudwatch, SQS, SNS, S3, etc.

- 3+ years of experience with the full SDLC

- Terraform experience

- AWS Cloud formation experience

- CI/CD experience

- Comfortable working in a linux environment

- Experience implementing observability/monitoring tools - Splunk experience from an engineering perspective

- Certifications:

o  AWS Certification for Developer Associate

o AWS Certification for DevOps Engineer

o  AWS Certification for Solutions Architect

- Azure experience null
