EnviroSafe serves the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and water treatment needs of the entire South Jersey region, including Salem County, Gloucester County, Camden County, Atlantic County, Cumberland County, and Cape May County, as well as parts of Burlington County and Ocean County.

Overview: The dispatcher is the liaison between the Operations and Field staff. The dispatcher answers all incoming calls and uses logistics to coordinate and schedule technicians on jobs booked from those calls. Customer service is your main priority. As the face of the company, your main concern is taking care of the customer and being empathetic during the call.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls (Will be on the phone most of the day)

  • Plan, schedule, and dispatch technicians to appropriate customer based on technician's skill set, location, and priority level of customer needs

  • Make outbound calls to fill schedule with routine maintenance

  • Edit and Input information into our CRM Software

  • Classifying Call Types for reporting purposes

  • Processing Payments

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone

  • High School Education

Logistics: Your savvy in local geographics. You want the best for our customers, so you schedule in a way that gets us to them faster! We get there first; we get the job.

Problem Solving: You make it your personal mission to solve any problem that comes your way. You do not ask for help immediately. You do your due diligence to do your part in finding a solution.

Reliability: You’re at work, on time, all the time. Your team and our customers can trust that you will be there when they need you.

Attention to detail: You listen. You hear the customer and understand their needs. You ask questions to get a better understanding. You are diligent in hearing what the customer says, and you schedule appropriately.

Trade Knowledge: You care about our customers so you are willing to learn all that you can to provide the best experience possible.

Preferred:

  • Experience or Interest in the industry

  • Friendly personality on the phone and in person with customers and co-workers and vendors

  • Associates Degree
