Duties and Responsibilities • Pickup/Deliver the Wilson Group Devices o Copiers, Printers, Interactive Display System, and Postage Machines • Before loading truck, Delivery Driver needs make sure device/s is not damaged. • Delivery truck needs to be loaded by 4:30pm every day and ready for next day delivery. • Always make sure stair climber is charged and on the truck. • Delivery Driver is provided with location and equipment information. o Bill of Lading o Equipment Disposition form • Log your GPS on your phone before pulling out of the warehouse. • Once you arrive to location ALWAYS stay professional. • Properly remove machines from truck o Unstrap devices o Make sure the stoppers are rolled up on the device. If they are down, they will scrap the ground. o Push device slowly from truck to ground or loading dock. • When you have completed the delivery, make sure the customer signs off on the Equipment Disposition and Bill of LADING. o Make sure machines are properly placed on truck and strapped tight • Once arrived back at The Wilson Group delivery driver takes paperwork to Warehouse Manager • Delivery Driver or Warehouse Support will unload truck.
