Reporting & Data Analyst II (Corporate Finance) (hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting & Data Analyst II located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Do

As a Reporting & Data Analyst II within Corporate Finance you will drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports, dashboards, scorecards across various business unit.  Prepare reporting and analysis for internal departments within Federated Hermes by establishing criteria and methods of analysis while maintain data integrity. 

The Expertise We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 3 years of mutual fund industry experience; 3 years of business analysis and reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Hyperion Essbase; experience with PowerBI or Tableau preferred.

• Outstanding decision-making, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills with particular attention given to detail and accuracy.
