Position Description:

• Day Shift (1); Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
• This position may be required to rotate into various value streams as required.
• Value Stream assignment will be made by the Plant Superintendent or Plant Manager.
• This position requires preforming duties related to the Materials Control and the Quality departments. Interaction with various departments such as; Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources and outside interested parties is crucial.
• Weekend Team Lead is expected to perform setup duties in various departments as needed.
• This position will become a supervisor's backup in the event of an absence.

Required Qualifications:

• Perform basic functions of arithmetic/algebra; add, subtract, fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
• Computer skill desirable in Microsoft Office Programs (excel, outlook. Etc.)
• The Team Leader will supervise multiple production operations / employees and use improvement tools to lead process improvements, while removing obstacles to maintain production levels. The team lead will communicate to all Supervisors and Team Leads any obstacles that are affecting the process's standard work.
