We're seeking a future team member for the role of KYC Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Onboarding Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - hybrid. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Part of Enterprise Onboarding Platform's periodic review (PR) Know Your Customer (KYC) team, tasked with completing due diligence on existing BNY clients with various client types (Banks, Funds, Corporates, etc.) to review PR due diligence includes research, preparation, and submission of KYC profiles Partners with internal parties and clients to complete due diligence process Knowledgeable on relevant AML/KYC policies and procedures with a sound understanding of the local regulatory requirements Provides updates on progress to the team/management, highlights issues/gaps or potential task delays and makes recommendations for improvement No direct reports. May provide guidance to less experienced staff. Contributes to the achievement of team goals To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-7 years of total work experience preferred AML/KYC or equivalent experience preferred Strong communication, excellent verbal and written, and superior organizational skills preferred Strong research and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and within a team preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
