Reference #: REQ02179 Job Responsibilities Manage all detailed administrative and clerical tasks for the CMC Vice President, the CMC group, and the Logistics group Coordinate complex administrative tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word including maintaining Excel files and completing PowerPoint slides for the CMC Vice President as needed Compose and monitor complex documents, reports, correspondence, and agendas Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and conformity to established formats Coordinate and schedule activities for a variety of meetings, conferences, committees, and special projects Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases Maintain all aspects of the 16th floor kitchen Manage records retention Manage CMC content for KOPnet and SharePoint Coordinate and oversea cleaning personnel for Koppers Corporate Apartment used for visitors (i.e., issuing payment to cleaning staff and keeping itinerary for people using apartment). Maintain and monitor leased equipment Place maintenance requests for 16th floor and follow up Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills The expectation is this position will work 24 hours a week onsite. The specific days are flexible.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred At least 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent; experience as an executive assistant preferred Highly efficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Business Central, and Teams with good working knowledge of computers in general Proficiency with written and oral communication Ability to work overtime when needed Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Discretion, good judgment, organizational and management skills, initiative, ability to work independently
