Aston Carter Benefits Administrator in Pico Rivera, California
Job Title: Benefits AdministratorJob Description
Assist in the administration of company benefit programs including, but not limited to, 401K, healthcare insurance, life, and COBRA. Perform reconciliations of all benefits costs and payroll deductions, compile and maintain records for employee benefits administration, and supply data/reports for benefit audits. Interface externally with insurance carriers and government compliance officials, and communicate benefits programs to employees. Coordinate new hire enrollment activities, assist with the annual Open Enrollment process, and handle various administrative tasks as needed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety rules, and exemplify core values in all assigned duties.
