This person will support the Diagnostic and System Health Team requiring the creation and implementation of software to be used in embedded type systems.This position is located at Picatinny Arsenal.What will you be doing?•Analyze weapon system technical data and requirements and develop software necessary to meet requirements and interface with hardware.•Develop documentation to support software requirements, build procedures, installation, and other documents as required.•Create software systems that are scalable and modular.•Create or improve tools as necessary to support specific features/systems.•Continuously test, debug, and optimize.•Participation in Integrated Product Team meetings.Job Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in related field.•Experience in development using Java, Python, C, SQL, Linux software programs language.•Good oral and written communication skills working in a team environment.•Detail oriented with good organizational skills.•Must be a US Citizen.UTRS is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
