As a Senior Associate – Data Management, you are part of a team responsible for the day-to-day activities to drive data literacy of the data produced and exchanged by our platforms, maintain compliance with evolving regulations and deliver a strong data management framework. You will be identifying critical data, maintaining data definitions, classifying data, supporting data sourcing / usage requests, measuring Data Quality Controls, and confirming Data Issues are remediated. You will have the opportunity to partner across various business units, technology teams, and product/platform teams to implement the data management & governance strategy, monitoring and managing data quality, resolving data/platform issues, and driving consistency, usability, and governance of specific data across the organization.

Your Primary Responsibilities may include:

  • Develop advanced knowledge on the data management policies and ensure solutions are aligned. Serve as the data management and data regulations expert for the business unit.

  • Responsible for data aritifacts such as data dictionary, data lineage, metadata management.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure all new use cases are managed according to data management policies.

  • Influence and contribute to strategic improvements to data management processes and tools.

  • Responsible for monitoring data quality issues, communicating issues, and driving resolution.

  • Identify data quality issues, perform root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and drive remediation of audit and regulatory feedback.

  • Support current regulatory reporting needs via existing platforms, working with upstream data providers, downstream business partners, as well as technology teams.

  • Subject matter expertise on multiple platforms.

  • Responsible to partner with the team in developing and managing the data management roadmap.

Some Primary Qualification may include:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage at multiple levels and cross functionally.

  • Intermediate understanding and experience of Data Management and Data Governance concepts (metadata, lineage, data quality, etc.)

  • Intermediate competency in SQL & Python or other programming language.

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in data architecture and strategy for Master Data Management (MDM)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

  • Prior experience in Finance or Controllership preferred.

  • 2 - 5 years of experience with Agile or SAFe project methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other similar fields.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
