Through this consultancy, the consultant will support the Abt Talent Acquisition and Business Development Teams in the APAC region to source candidates for upcoming bids. Using their knowledge of talent in the region as well as advanced sourcing techniques they will source key talent to be named on bids. This consultancy will last until no later than December 1st with varying hours depending on stage of bid.

Tasks/Activities:

The consultant will:

• Source of Team Leaders, Deputy Team Leaders, and key technical staff for 3 bids (10-20 personnel in total)

• Make initial contact with candidates to gauge interest and assess skills alignment with TOR

• Arrange interviews with bid team

• Ensure Talent Acquisition Partner has information needed to create and negotiate offer

Deliverables:

• Understand sourcing for bid recruitment

• Maintain and update candidate trackers on bids

• Source for talent pools for assigned bids

• Identify top candidates for each described role

• Liase with the bid team, on creating offers

• Ability, to understand and band candidates within salary ranges.

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and using sourcing techniques, for hard to fill roles.

• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing

• Deep understanding of international development or experience recruiting in LMICs in the APAC region: including,Fiji, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Papa New Guinea, Timor Leste etc.
