Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, working closely with various departments, and utilizing your strong computer skills to pull parts and fulfill work orders. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional demeanor will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF Guns for inventory control to pull parts and fulfill work orders.

• Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are synchronized and material flows properly.

• Perform cycle counting and put material to stock.

• Ensure material is available for Repair Orders and Sales Orders.

• Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs.

Essential Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with warehouse management systems and data entry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to solve problems effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous warehouse experience.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.

• Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
